The Charter Fee includes the yacht’s equipment, crew wages, food, and insurance for marine risk and third-party claims. However, the VAT according to the cruising area and Advanced Provisioning Allowance (APA) are extra, covering charter expenses like fuel, food, drinks, and berthing fees.
