A.P.A. – Advance Provisioning Allowance

35% of the charter fee per week is required to cover costs such as:

• Fuel (main engine, generators, tenders, water sports equipment)
• Food and beverages for guests
• Port fees, customs, waste disposal, shore power & water
• Charter Party laundry and communication
• Special equipment upon request
• Shore excursions, national park fees, and other special services

Detailed expense records are managed by the captain, with unused funds refunded after the charter.
