Food & Beverage Organization

APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance) is calculated as:

• 30% of the charter price (up to 20 guests)
• 35% of the charter price (20+ guests)

APA covers costs such as fuel, food, beverages, port taxes, national park fees, transfers, special requests, excursions, and more. Any unused APA funds will be refunded at the end of the charter. If expenses exceed the APA, the difference will be paid on board in cash. Tips for the crew are not included in the APA.
