Blue Cruise Itinerary Fethiye Marmaris Fethiye

Fethiye Marmaris Gulet Charter is a well-balanced 7-night route combining the Gulf of Fethiye, Göcek Islands and the Marmaris coastline. It is particularly suitable for guests who want a private weekly gulet charter with a mix of sheltered bays, swimming stops, coastal towns and short periods ashore.

The route begins and ends in Fethiye. During the week, the yacht can visit Tersane Island, Aga Limani, Ekincik, Marmaris, Turunc, Cennet Island, Sarsala Bay, Yassica Islands, Göcek and several quiet anchorages along the southwest coast of Turkey.

This is a sample itinerary. The captain may adjust the programme according to weather, sea conditions, harbour availability and the operational requirements of the yacht.

Fethiye Marmaris Fethiye – 7-Night Gulet Charter Route

  • Day 1: Fethiye
  • Day 2: Tersane Island & Aga Limani
  • Day 3: Ekincik Bay & Marmaris
  • Day 4: Turunc Bay & Cennet Island
  • Day 5: Sarsala Bay & Yassica Islands
  • Day 6: Göcek Islands
  • Day 7: Samanlik Bay & Kizilada
  • Day 8: Fethiye

The exact sequence may change during the charter. However, this programme gives a clear idea of the main cruising areas normally combined on a Fethiye–Marmaris weekly gulet route.

Day 1 – Fethiye

Embarkation takes place in Fethiye, one of the main yacht charter centres on Turkey’s southwest coast. After boarding, the crew welcomes the guests and completes the final charter briefing.

Depending on the embarkation time and yacht programme, the first night may be spent in Fethiye harbour or at a nearby anchorage. This gives guests time to settle into their cabins, meet the crew and review the week’s itinerary with the captain.

Fethiye is also a convenient starting point because it provides direct access to the Göcek Islands, the Gulf of Fethiye and the route towards Marmaris.

Day 2 – Tersane Island & Aga Limani

After breakfast, the yacht can cruise towards Tersane Island. The island is one of the best-known anchorages in the Gulf of Fethiye and is named after its historic shipyard area.

Guests can spend time swimming and relaxing before continuing towards Aga Limani. This sheltered area is well suited to an afternoon stop or overnight anchorage.

Because cruising distances are relatively short, this part of the route allows more time at anchor. Therefore, it is particularly suitable for families and groups who prefer swimming and onboard time rather than long passages.

Day 3 – Ekincik Bay & Marmaris

The yacht continues west towards Ekincik Bay. Surrounded by forested hills, Ekincik is a popular anchorage between Fethiye and Marmaris.

From here, guests may also arrange an optional excursion towards Dalyan and Kaunos, subject to timing and local transfer arrangements. Afterwards, the yacht can continue towards Marmaris or anchor in one of the nearby bays.

Marmaris offers a different atmosphere from the quieter anchorages. Guests may choose to spend time ashore, visit the old town or enjoy one of the waterfront restaurants before returning to the yacht.

Day 4 – Turunc Bay & Cennet Island

The fourth day can focus on the coastline south of Marmaris. Turunc is a small coastal settlement with a sheltered bay, restaurants and easy access ashore.

Nearby, guests can also visit the area around Amos or continue towards Cennet Island. The captain may choose the best anchorage depending on wind and sea conditions.

This section of the route offers a good balance between swimming, relaxing onboard and short visits ashore.

Day 5 – Sarsala Bay & Yassica Islands

The yacht begins returning towards the Gulf of Fethiye and Göcek region. Sarsala Bay is one of the area’s well-known anchorages and offers calm water for swimming and paddle sports.

Later, the programme may continue towards the Yassica Islands. The small islands and shallow channels make this area particularly attractive for swimming, kayaking and paddleboarding.

In addition, the short distances between anchorages allow the crew to adjust the day according to guest preferences.

Day 6 – Göcek Islands

Day six is dedicated to the Göcek Islands and surrounding bays. This region is one of Turkey’s most popular private yacht charter areas because many anchorages are located within short cruising distance of each other.

Depending on the captain’s plan, possible stops may include Yassica Islands, Tersane Island, Göbün, Bedri Rahmi Bay or other protected bays in the region.

As a result, the day can be organised around swimming, lunch onboard and watersports rather than long cruising hours.

Guests interested in this region can also explore our Göcek Gulet Charter collection.

Day 7 – Samanlik Bay & Kizilada

On the final full day, the yacht can cruise towards Samanlik Bay and Kizilada. Both areas are close enough to Fethiye to allow a relaxed final day without a long return passage.

Guests can spend the afternoon swimming, enjoying the yacht’s water toys or simply relaxing on deck. Afterwards, the captain may choose an overnight anchorage that allows a comfortable return to Fethiye the following morning.

Day 8 – Fethiye

The yacht returns to Fethiye for disembarkation. Check-out time depends on the individual charter agreement and yacht programme.

Before departure, the crew assists with luggage and final onboard arrangements. Guests can then continue their journey from Fethiye or connect with onward transfers to Dalaman Airport and surrounding destinations.

Who Is the Fethiye Marmaris Route Best For?

This itinerary works particularly well for guests who want to combine several different charter regions within one week.

  • Families looking for sheltered bays and regular swimming stops
  • Groups who want both quiet anchorages and time ashore
  • Guests interested in combining Fethiye, Göcek and Marmaris
  • Travellers who prefer a varied route rather than staying in one gulf
  • Groups chartering private gulets with enough range for a weekly itinerary

Best Time for a Fethiye Marmaris Gulet Charter

The main charter season generally runs from May to October.

June offers warm weather and strong yacht availability before the busiest summer weeks.

July and August are peak-season months. Therefore, popular gulets are normally booked well in advance.

September remains one of the most popular periods because the sea is warm and the atmosphere is often more relaxed.

May and October can suit guests who prefer quieter cruising. However, weather conditions may be more variable.

Important Itinerary Information

This programme is provided as a sample route rather than a guaranteed day-by-day schedule.

The captain has final responsibility for navigation and may change the route due to weather, sea conditions, berth availability or operational requirements. In addition, individual yachts may have different cruising speeds, fuel policies and embarkation schedules.

For this reason, the final itinerary should always be confirmed with the selected yacht before embarkation.
