AKIKO accommodates up to 12 guests in 5 en-suite cabins. Her flexible layout combines three Double-style suites with two Twin cabins, while additional Pullman berths allow the yacht to accommodate larger family groups where permitted by the charter configuration.
Full-Beam Master Suite
The principal Master Suite spans the full beam and features a king-size bed, generous storage and dressing space, creating a particularly comfortable private retreat.
VIP & Double Cabins
One VIP suite and one additional Double cabin provide comfortable accommodation for couples and adult guests.
2 Twin Cabins
Two Twin cabins complete the five-cabin arrangement, with additional berths providing useful flexibility for families and mixed charter groups.
Living Areas & Explorer Comfort
AKIKO’s 281 GT volume gives her notably generous guest spaces for a yacht of 34 metres. Her 2023 transformation significantly improved the aft guest deck, creating a more open connection between the covered outdoor lounge, dining area and oversized swimming platform.
Award-Winning Explorer Yacht
Originally launched as VvS1, AKIKO was conceived as a genuine expedition-style yacht rather than a conventional Mediterranean cruiser. Her aluminium construction, long-range capability, substantial storage and specialist fishing and diving equipment make her particularly well suited to guests who want to combine luxury accommodation with active exploration.
Her design has received international recognition, while subsequent refits and upgrades have modernised the yacht without compromising the explorer character that originally made her distinctive.
Performance & Long-Range Cruising
AKIKO’s full-displacement aluminium platform is designed around efficient, comfortable long-distance cruising rather than outright speed. She cruises comfortably at approximately 10 knots, with an economical passage speed of around 8 knots and a maximum speed of approximately 13 knots.
With an expedition range of approximately 3,500 nautical miles and stabilization both at anchor and underway, AKIKO is well suited to longer itineraries and multi-destination Mediterranean cruising.
Tender & Water Toys
AKIKO carries an adventure-focused selection of tenders and water toys covering diving, fishing, paddling, watersports and relaxed swimming directly from the yacht.

Approx. 7.5 m Smuggler Marine RIB for guest transfers, coastal exploration and water-sports support.
