APA & Charter Expenses
AXELLA is generally offered on a base-charter-fee plus expenses structure. An APA — Advance Provisioning Allowance is paid before embarkation and used by the captain for variable operating and guest-related expenses.
Published charter terms indicate an APA generally in the region of approximately 25–40%. Applicable VAT, delivery or redelivery costs and international cruising expenses depend on the final itinerary and charter agreement.
